Essex County Council will be hosting a recruitment open day for Children’s Residential Care roles based in Colchester. It’s an exciting time to join us, as we invest in and expand our residential provision. We are developing a newly refurbished short-term children’s home for five 12-16 year olds, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team around the child you would support them to develop the skills and resilience to return to their families, or onto longer-term care.
